Lao Kombucha’s Ice Mule cocktail, inspired by the classic Moscow Mule, is very simple and executed with finesse and gives way to a really refreshing interpretation by Kevin Gaffney.

To make this recipe you will need a shaker, mule mug and ice cubes.
Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz Pur Vodka
- 0.25 oz de lime juice
- 0.25 oz de simple syrup
- 3 oz of LAO Kombucha natural series; Nilgiri Coonoor.
Instructions:
- Add to the shaker; Pur Vodka, lime juice, simple syrup and ice
- Shake everything
- Pour on ice into a mule mug.
- Top with Lao Kombucha natural black tea Nilgiri Coonoor
