Dirty Mei

The classic Dirty Martini Cocktail, revisited by the famous mixologist Kevin Gaffney. Here, it features our brand new Nan Mei white tea Kombucha, accompanied simply by gin and olive brine. A mix straight out of the greatest movies of James Bond. 

For this recipe, you will need a shaker, a martini glass and ice.

Ingredients:​

• 1.5 oz Romeo’s Gin
• 1 bar spoon of Olive Brine 
• 2 oz de Lao Kombucha Nan Mei white tea

Instructions:

1. Place in the shaker Romeo’s Gin, olive brine and ice.
2. Shake everything and pour without ice in the martini glass.
3. Top with Lao Kombucha Nan Mei white tea.
